I went to Pinehurst Toyota for my 10,000 mile check. Staff was professional and courteous. It only took about 40 minutes to get in and out.

I recently bought a 2017 Buick Encore and I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pinehurst Toyota. When the engine light came on shortly after purchase, I was worried since it was "as-is" and I had not purchased a warranty. It turned out to be a part they had replaced prior to sale, and they made sure the repair was done and gave me a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. Special shoutout to my sales agent, Alex Knight, the sales managers Jamie and Mitch, and Steve in service. Highly satisfied!

November 2025 review. Google just edited my previous review rather than allow me to post a new one. Owner comments are in reference to to a review I completed in August. Took my 2021 Taco in for its 75k service a little early. Was here a few months ago for the 70k service after recently moving to the area from Virginia. Very happy with Pinehurst Toyota service. After my second visit, I think I can state they are a well managed and well executed Toyota service team. Polite, professional, and efficient. I think I have found the replacement for the service center I used in Virginia for 20 years.
