The service department staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting area and ladies room is clean. For those that have appointments in the afternoon a replenishing of the waiting room snacks would be nice. 😊

They do a good job with servicing our Toyota. The service waiting room is comfortable and roomy. The communication is excellent. The staff are friendly, and helpful. That being said there have been times when a service was recommended before the manufacturer recommended interval and a rear brake job was advised with 5mm on the pads. So I do my own independent check when in doubt.
