I had a good service experience. Cody was my service manager and took the time to talk with me about this maintenance and anticipated upcoming maintenance so that I would be prepared financially. The service time was pretty quick.

Mr. Keith was very kind, professional, and, accommodating. I asked him to check other items about the car, and he said no problem. Mr. Keith also physically showed me how to fix the ac in the back row!😃

Cody and the team were very helpful and accommodating. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to fit me in and were very transparent regarding required versus suggested maintenance and competitive pricing. Not your typical dealership experience with overpriced parts and labor. They had parts on-hand and were able to make repairs and conduct maintenance in a single day without having to order parts, for my specific needs at least. The waiting room for customers is also very nice with comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, outlets, coffee, water, and pastries.

Very Knowledgeable Staff

I always take my Toyota truck to Pinehurst Toyota’s service department because it’s second to none. And it’s a very first class experience every time. This morning I handed my truck off to Cody, then went and relaxed in their lounge knowing they’re going to square my truck away with needed services. Left there feeling very confident that I got the best service available- as always.

I highly recommend Pinehurst Toyota / Hyundai service department. Efficient professional service, from scheduling, through check-in to picking my car after the inspection. I also really appreciate the courtesy shuttle. The waiting area is very comfortable and pleasant, but this allowed me to take care of personal errands at home instead of waiting.
