Being from Pennsylvania your Service Department was very helpful in repairing my A/C Compressor problem. The part needed was not available antwhere in the United States except for one Toyota Dealer in North Carolina. The Service Department arranged for that Dealer to release that part, and sent a driver to pick it up. My truck now is comfortable to drive again. An excellent job, well done!

Huge shout out to Marquis (Saleman) and Cory (Sales Manager) at Pinehurst Toyota. I had my eye on a low mileage Camry SE that had just been traded in. I had a pretty tight budget and instead of wasting my time negotiating a higher price out of me, they put me in a much nicer example with the same mileage and a model year newer, that they had more wiggle room on. Cory really looked out for me and put me in the right vehicle for me within my tight budget. Cory also matched my USAA interest rate which was very competitive. All this happend over a 4 hour time frame from test drive to driving home. While we waited for the finance department to service the 5 customers before me (they were slammed on this Friday), Marquis took me to drop off my old car back at my house and even to grab dinner at Whataburger while we waited. During this time, the dealership conducted a final detail (at 6PM!). Once it was finally my turn, the finance department was extremely efficient, I was out if his office in less than 5 mins. Marquis stayed there until I was all done. I highly recommend this dealership, whether you just want a good deal without all extras, or if you want the dealership taking care of every facet of Toyota ownership, they can do it all.
