The PSAG Technician Development program provides the training, tools, and support to have a rewarding career in the automotive service space. Key milestones provide a road map to growth.

Technician Experience Levels


 

 

Level 1

 

Aspiring techs with high school diplomas and little/no experience.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist Express Lane Techs
  • Retrieve Vehicles
  • Facility Maintenance

Level 2

 

College students, graduates of high school automotive programs, or those with previous experience.

  • Oil changes
  • Tire rotations
  • Wipers
  • Multipoint inspections

Level 3

 

Automotive school grads, referrals, or those with at least 1 year experience.

  • Alignments
  • Tire balancing
  • Batteries
  • Technician for a day program

Technican Tool Program

 

  • $1000 Start Up Tool Set or payout after level 3 requirements are met
  • $3000 in Tool Reimbursements during the 30 week R-5-4-3-2-1. Paid out in $500 increments every 5 weeks
