I was texted and I was given an appointment. I walked in and everything was taken care of. I had a new phone and was helped to get the old phone off and then load the new phone. I was very grateful for the help.

Would have been 5 stars if I didn't need to have the wipers installed that weren't. Other than that, no issues and will still recommend Pinehurst Toyota.

Great, fast service. A bit confusing, since the Hyundai service department is located at the Toyota dealership. Once we figured that out, the experience was seamless.

Thanks Pinehurst Toyota. 22 January 2026. Big 90k service due on my Highlander along with new tires, alignment, a recall, and some other work that I had previously deferred. Set up the appointment in advance with James Johnson so the tires, recall parts and everything would be there for the appointment. James did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process and called me when the vehicle was done so I could come pick it up. Everything accomplished as expected and on time. Another superb experience with the Pinehurst Toyota team.

My experience at Pinehurst Toyota was great. The process was very efficient. My 2024 Tucson service was complete in 30 minutes and my SUV was even cleaner when they brought it back out! It was a pleasant experience and everyone was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
